We are delighted that you have decided to spend your holiday at MAS VINSON.

Modes of payment
Please transfer the agreed deposit immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, this makes the reservation binding for both parties. The balance of the rental price should be paid at the latest two weeks before the start of your holiday.

Cancellation
As this is a definite rental agreement, cancellation is not possible.
We therefore recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you are unable to start your holiday, we will try to let the holiday home to someone else at your request. If this is possible, we would refund you the rental price according to the new rental income. However, in any case we would charge a handling fee of € 200.

Liability
The tenants are responsible for self-caused damage to the rental property and its furniture. We kindly ask you to inform us immediately of any damage and to discuss the appropriate repair or cost absorption.

Swimming pool
Only swimmers are allowed in and around the pool. Accordingly, small children and non-swimmers may only be at the pool under supervision. The landlord declines any liability. Furthermore, please note that no water toys should be left unattended in the pool, as these could block the filter system and cause major damage.
